The Brambles Care Home is situated in the village of Wye at the foot of the Downs some three miles from Ashford. The Home is situated opposite the Wye railway station and there is a bus stop ten yards from the gate. The village centre is approximately a quarter of a mile from the Home and offers a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, a bank, Post Office and many other facilities. Brambles is surrounded by pleasant countryside and views to the Downs.

The Home is of modern design having been constructed in 1989 and offers light and well presented accommodation with a touch of luxury. There are seventeen single bedrooms, the majority of which have either en-suite toilet and basin or full bathroom facilities. Some bedrooms have direct access to the garden. The Brambles offers two lounges for residents' communal use, as well as a dining room and conservatory.

The philosophy of care adopted by the Home is one of ensuring that clients have the right to care for themselves as far as they are able or willing with active encouragement and support from staff, family and friends. Our aim is to improve and maintain a high quality of life both physically and psychologically, and to respect our clients as individuals at all times.
