Richard Bailey Associates was established in 1987, the office is a registered RIBA Practice and is based in Wye. We have a wide and varied client base and undertake a broad range of work throughout the South East.

A large amount of this is concerned with listed buildings or carried out within conservation areas. We undertake most projects which offer the potential for appropriate design based solutions either traditional or contemporary in both domestic and commercial spheres.

Full design and management services are available for most projects allowing design control of the project from inception through to completion on site. Advice and partial services including applications under Planning and Building Regulations are available to clients wishing to organise building works themselves.
