Hand made in the "Garden of England", the Wooden Spoon Preserving Company manufactures a superb range of high quality Preserves, Jams, Marmalades, Chutneys and Fruits with liqueur.

The main ingredient in Wooden Spoon is freshness, obtained by processing choice selected fruits, whenever possible, from the surrounding orchards. With skilful blending, a wide selection of products is created in the old style tradition of using the finest fresh ingredients, free from artificial flavouring, colouring or preservative.

The Preserves and Chutneys are made entirely by hand in small batches, in stainless steel pots over gas burners, using only a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients.

All Wooden Spoon products are attractively packaged, ideal for gifts and daily use. We can also produce Hampers to order. Our Factory Shop is open Monday - Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm.
